During any contact initiated via the e-mail address provided on this website, I process the following data:
Name and Username: The identifying name provided/set by you in the email message, or forwarded by your mail system, which can be used for communication and addressing you.
E-mail Address: The address from which incoming feedback, requests, or comments are received.
Subject and Message Content: Information and data provided by you on a voluntary basis.

The legal basis for data processing is your voluntary consent, which is granted by sending the e-mail. I store this data only until the matter related to the contact is resolved, or until you request its deletion. You may submit a request for deletion or any other inquiry as described in Section 6. The Data Controller undertakes to respond to written inquiries received via e-mail within a reasonable period, but no later than 30 days.

In operating this service, I utilize the following provider for technical background:
Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

5. Cookie Management and Google Analytics
The website operates on the Google Sites platform, which uses technical cookies necessary for the basic functioning and security of the site.
In order to improve the website and better understand user needs, I use the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) service. This service collects statistical data anonymously (e.g., number of visitors, time spent on the site, the country from which the visit originated).
These data are aggregated and anonymized; they do not allow the Data Controller to personally identify visitors by name. Since the platform is provided by Google, technical data may also be accessed by Google. Google processes these data in accordance with its own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights and Access to Data
Since the website does not use registration, subscriptions, etc., as the site owner, I do not store any data that would allow for the personal identification of the visitor (except if you contact me via email). You may exercise control over your data as follows:

In case of contact: If you send a message to my provided email address, I will process your email address and name exclusively for the purpose of communication until the matter is resolved, or until you request its deletion. The Data Controller shall examine such requests and provide information to the applicant regarding the actions taken within a maximum of 30 days.
